Patch Clock

This is one of my sewing project in 2011. It looks simple. It took quite some time to complete. It required lots of my time and patience. I did it in my spare time which is normally after the children go to bed. So it is an achievement and now this clock is in my children's room.

Denim Tote

This is my second sewing project in 2011. My first one is also a tote made from different fabric and given to my mom. For this denim tote, I have to find the fabric in KK which took me quite an effort. I love the combination of the fabric. I made two of these and given to my sister and a close friend. It took a lot days to make this since I don't have much spare time in a day. It is a great accomplishment for me :)

Patchwork lunch bag

I love this project because of the wonderful fabric design and also the bag itself which comes with a bottle bag and coaster with spoon and fork compartment. My daugther, Eunice loves this as well. She was the one keep on pestering me to start and complete them. The strawberries are applique which I sew one by one. I sew 7 of them not counting another 5 which I sew wrongly in the beginning. The mistake was frustrating as I put a lot of effort and time. I nearly gave up, but I look at the mistake as practice. I enjoy making this and it is another gift to someone special, Eunice:)
